Scalpel Handles

Scalpels can be VERY useful in a variety of circumstances.  The blades are thin, sharp, easily replaceable, and available in a variety of sizes and profiles.

To make my scalpels, I turn my standard marking knife shape on the lathe and then embed a Swann Morton surgical scalpel fitment into the handle.

  • Overall length is right around 8”
  • Handle is 6” long, 1” in diameter at widest point. Ground flat on 2 sides to prevent rolling.
  • Choose No. 3 or No. 4 Blade Fitment
  • Polished copper ferrule
  • Blades sold separately
